Northwest Insights (formerly Gilmore Research Group) provides state of the art facilities in Seattle WA as well as top quality recruiting for all types of qualitative studies i.e. focus groups, usability tests, ethnographies, in depths (in person or phone), online studies etc. We cover the Seattle and Portland markets for consumer, patient, medical and professional type participants. Northwest Insights is a new division of Blink Interactive Inc. a User Experience Research and Design firm located in the downtown Seattle waterfront area.
